Michael brings over 25 years of experience in real estate construction, development, and consulting. Since 2018 multifamily senior housing has become his driving concern.
Michael has overseen the ground-up development, stabilization and exit of multiple active adult communities across the U.S. During his career, Michael’s experience in multifamily housing has included garden, wrap, mid-rise, and high-rise—from affordable to luxury, from infill to master-planned. Michael began his real estate career working exclusively within designated revitalization zones and partnering with H.U.D. and City redevelopment agencies.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Irvine. He is both a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, and he holds a LEED AP O&M Certification.

John brings a wealth of diverse, deep industry knowledge and experience in RE acquisition & development, having completed multiple projects nationally in the areas of senior and market rate housing, commercial mixed use, industrial build to suit, and large-scale residential master plans.
John has held lead roles in several top, private and public companies, where he was directly responsible in deal sourcing, capital, and transacting over $2.4 billion in real estate and land assets in North America. John maintains meaningful relationships with industry stakeholders, government officials, land owners, developers, brokers, attorneys and financial institutions.
John has served as a board member with the Building Industry Association, a member of the Urban Land Institute, participating as a Council member on the ULI’s Residential Neighborhood Development Council (RNDC – Gold). Commonly asked, John assists in panel discussions with IMN, Private Equity Council, Leader to Leader Forums, and PCBC.
John holds a JD/MBA from Pepperdine Univ. School of Law and USC Marshall School of Business, is a licensed attorney and registered in house counsel.
